On a crisp Sunday morning, Rcoz proudly participated in the Arunay Foundation 5K/10K Walkathon for beach safety at the picturesque Quarry Lakes in Fremont. The event brought together an incredible community of supporters and organizations, each championing their own meaningful causes. It was heartwarming to see so many people united by a shared commitment to making a difference.

The day featured inspiring speeches, engaging games, and hands-on classes for children, teaching vital beach safety and resuscitation techniques. With music, coffee, and snacks adding to the lively atmosphere, the event radiated a sense of togetherness and purpose.

Witnessing Arunay’s parents turn their unimaginable loss into a mission to save lives was deeply moving. Their resilience and dedication serve as a powerful reminder of the impact we can create by channeling grief into purpose.

At our booth, we connected with many remarkable individuals, spreading awareness about mental health within the South Asian community. We were inspired by the support and enthusiasm of everyone who stopped by.
