Teens often feel misunderstood\, unhea rd\, or unsure how to explain what is going on.\nIn partnership with the M SJ Psych Club\, this Chalo Baatein Karen session creates space for both si des. With guidance from expert Simi Markar\, MFT\, we will explore what st ress looks like for teens\, what it brings up for parents\, and why commun ication can feel harder than it should.
