 the Speakers\n\nSanjeev Balarajan: Sanjeev Balarajan is an Associate Marr
 iage and Family therapist at Trust Mental Health. He holds a Master of Art
 s in Clinical Psychology from Santa Clara University and an MBA from the P
 residio Graduate School. Driven by a passion for supporting men’s growth
  and well-being\, Sanjeev transitioned from a successful career in technol
 ogy to the mental health field. He founded a coaching practice dedicated t
 o helping South Asian men navigate cultural conflicts and personal challen
 ges. Over the past decade\, he has been actively involved in leading and p
 articipating in men’s peer support groups and personal development works
 hops.\n\nRatnesh Sharma: Ratnesh Sharma is an advisor with Rcoz and a sea
 soned leader with over two decades of experience in business strategy and 
 community building. Deeply connected to the South Asian diaspora and curre
 ntly seeking therapy licensure\, he is passionate about creating spaces wh
 ere men can reflect on identity\, vulnerability\, and strength beyond trad
 itional expectations. Through his work and lived experience\, Ratnesh advo
 cates for redefining masculinity in ways that honor both resilience and em
