DESCRIPTION:\nOn July 25th\, our summer Changemaker volunteers\, Ridhima Ka
 poor\, Kaki Tam\, and Sophie Tran\, hosted a virtual event with their frie
 nds to address some of the factors contributing to stress among young peop
 le today. The discussion covered a range of topics\, including cultural st
 igmas that hinder seeking help and the pressures of academics and maintain
 ing friendships. They also mentioned how much more aware the national conv
 ersation around mental health has really shifted from the past. Through a 
 mix of engaging games and meaningful conversations\, they facilitated an i
 nsightful dialogue on the common pressures faced by today’s youth. Rcoz 
 frequently hosts virtual events designed for such thought-provoking discus
 sions for our communities. By sharing our common experiences\, we hope to 
 decrease the stigma associated with seeking help for mental health challen
