Chalo Baatein Karen is a community-driven discussion series focused on educating, informing, and reducing the stigma surrounding mental health in the South Asian community. Each session offers a space for individuals to share their stories, ask questions, and engage with mental health professionals, fostering awareness and understanding while encouraging people to seek the right help.
