We’re honored that YSTCA (Youth Services Through Cultural Arts) chose Rcoz as this year’s beneficiary! Join us September 26, 9 AM–7 PM, at the Dominican Sisters of Mission San Jose in Fremont to watch talented young artists perform for South Asian mental health. Would You Know What to Do If a Friend Was Struggling?
September is World Suicide Prevention Month. One of our HSCM students shares what they learned in our youth suicide prevention workshop: how to recognize warning signs, start a difficult conversation, and support a friend in crisis. Watch their story above.
If you or someone you know is struggling, call or text 988 or text HOME to 741741.

Thank you to Washington Health for hosting us at the Road to Wellness Health Fair! Our booth stayed busy with community members learning about our programs and sharing their stories. We were honored to have Supervisor David Haubert, Supervisor Elisa Márquez, Washington Health CEO Kimberly Hartz, and Mayor Raj Salwan stop by, alongside our friends at Hume Center, Arunay Foundation, and NCAPDA.
