South Asian Community Programs
Creating Awareness in the Desi Community
As South Asians, we know mental health struggles can often go unspoken. That’s why we’re passionate about this initiative—creating a safe space to discuss mental health openly. Through our grassroots efforts, we’re building a community where you can be your true self and feel understood. We dream of a day when talking about mental health is as normal as discussing a common cold at the dinner table!
Youth Programs
Transforming Mental Health Awareness
Our Youth Programs empower young people to take charge of their mental health awareness and become community leaders. Through various initiatives, we foster open conversations and challenge stigma, cultivating a generation that prioritizes emotional well-being and inspires others to do the same.
