0:03 It's really hard to see like a South 0:05 Asian internship, especially talking 0:06 about mental health. Like that's crazy. 0:09 But um yeah, that's definely the reason 0:10 why I want to be a part of this 0:12 internship and just being able to talk 0:14 to everyone, make good connections, 0:15 especially like you know having those 0:17 breakout sessions um making connections 0:20 and then the one hour talking with 0:21 professionals and just having 0:23 conversation. Such a big thing. art 0:25 class was a really great opportunity for 0:28 us to like get to know other people and 0:30 their perspectives on life. 0:32 They cared a lot of a story that 0:33 happened like how sometimes when someone 0:35 going through depression will never be 0:36 able to really tell and that like moved 0:38 me a lot because of it's like a big 0:41 problem now too with suicide never 0:43 change. 0:43 I was really surprised uh that there was 0:45 a nonprofit about South Asian mental 0:47 health. So I immediately decided to uh 0:50 apply and join. Um, I say I certainly 0:53 learned so much over these four weeks 0:55 about mental health, like the topics I 0:58 already know and I really enjoyed all 1:01 the talks and discussions we had. So 1:03 overall, this was a really enjoyable 1:05 event. I'm so glad I join AC.
