About the program
The Rcoz High School Changemaker Program is a 4-week immersive experience for South Asian high school students who want to understand mental health in a real, grounded way while building leadership, communication, and creative skills. Students develop critical awareness around substance use and suicide prevention, while exploring career pathways in behavioral health.
Through expert-led sessions and hands-on projects, students explore cultural pressures, family dynamics, stigma, and early help-seeking. They learn how to tell meaningful stories, build awareness campaigns, and make mental health feel approachable.
Participants engage directly with leading experts and other culturally informed mental health professionals.
